This will likely be short as I'm on the road. Please ask any questions on stuff I may leave out.

There is a Dropbox account primarily for Swarm Authors, editors and proofreaders. Once upon a time it worked really well until DropBox stuck in two factor authorization and gummed up the works. I have committed to fixing it, but have been lazy and/or involved with other stuff. I'll see what I can do before I have to genuflect to the tax god.

When it works right, every author has a working folder where they can put current drafts for work/editing/proofing. If someone proofs/edits, they save the file with their initials (and usually the date) so we don't mess up the author's work. We don't mess with a file until an author requests proofing/editing/beta-reading.

When it works right, I can grant access to the whole account or only a specific folder. This is to prevent some zealot from coming in and destroying our work. ZM also stores a backup of the wiki, and I periodically backup and archive ALL Swarm stories, including those only posted on ASSTR.

Those of you with a folder that you are unable to access, send me a note and I'll get you in. Our intent is to give any author or editor access to the whole damn thing. I will get this done!

I do all my own work from my Dropbox folder which I find very convenient.

That's the short of it. Ask for more info or access as you desire.

Mike
