I merely...set up a public demonstration of some rather short-sighted website policies. I mean, back in the '80s with 320KB floppy drives and 300-baud modems, saving storage space and transfer time was important, but I think that 40 years later we've grown beyond that now. We can afford to waste a few bytes on formatting.
It may have been the fact that I went to all the trouble to create and upload PNGs that demonstrated, at a storage cost of 100 to 1, what we should be doing.
Anyway, LJ has created (or activated) a formatting code that tells the text input processor to ignore this text, these aren't the droids you're looking for. It seems to be working right, so I'm gonna revise the revision to take the pictures out and make them text again.
