You all are aware that Mininji & Wableji are doing their best for getting our deemed conveyance done. They both are working sincerely and very hard for the benefit of the Swarganga residents.
 
We are also aware that lately we had fast at the Sant Tukaram Nagar police chowki. As a result, the builder is trying to put pressure on both of them from every angle. The atrocity case which was filed against both of them in July, 2013 was almost closed but the same has come up again at the ACP level. The Police is investigating the case and in order to put a halt in the total process of deemed conveyance and the fight for our right. They both may face arrest in the case. There is no evidence that the person who have filed case, had come in B wing, but all the efforts are made to make the case strong.
 
My appeal to all of you to come forward in their support. We will also have to decide the strategy on how to go about, in case anything goes wrong.
 
I suggest that Mininji & Wableji should go for anticipatory bail in the case. Please write back in response to this email urgently if you are supporting my suggestion.
