NEED INFO: Water Proofing Work - Survey :: SATURDAY, 22nd March between 11 AM to 2 PM

Hello All,

We are still in the process of finalizing the Water Proofing contract with the service provider.

For us to clearly define the scope of work we need to identify the problem areas based on which an appropriate estimate could be drawn.

For this, we have requested the water proofing agency to visit some of the IMPACTED FLATS in our buildings to understand the problem better and receive advise/quote for the amount of water proofing work.

Please respond back giving your flat number with a brief description of the problem in your flats so that the agency would have a look it.

This SATURDAY, 22nd March between 11 AM to 2 PM; we have planned SURVEY visits by the agency people along with our security personnel.

We request you all to please co-operate on this matter.

Adding further to the above note:

Please respond by coming Friday – 21^st March, 2014. We will inspect the affected flats on coming Saturday between 11 am to pm with the contractors. If these leakages are due to external wall issues, the same would be attended at the cost of the society. Any leakages due to internal issues need to be taken up by the respective flat owners.

Please take this seriously and report the leakages by replying to this email. I will appreciate your reply even if there is no leakage in your flat.

However, no reply would be considered as no leakage in your flat.

In case of leakages, make sure someone will be at home to show the flat.
