Letter of Intent:

We are restarting the online Letter of Intent as of April 23, 2008. This new letter of intent supercedes all previous online versions. If you have signed a paper-based letter of intent in person with Carburante, there is no need to submit this online form. If you previously submitted electronically or US mailed the original Memorandum of Intent in February, March or early April, but never made it to an in-person signing meeting, you need to submit this form. The original Memorandum of Intent (now discontinued) was intended to give SWAPO2 negotiating power with the drilling companies. Now that we have a working deal and lease signings, we no longer need that power. But Carburante needs potential lease signers to submit information via their agreement to begin title research on your property. This information will only be used by SWAPO2 and Carburante to research your mineral rights, but if you do not feel comfortable submitting the form online, you can still come to a signing meeting in person to start the letter of intent and research process. Your agreement and information will be automatically sent to Carburante for processing. Make sure you own property in the SWAPO2 area map before submitting the form. If you are in our area, click here to submit the form using Google documents.
