The first lease execution and bonus check distribution date has finally arrived!

We will be taking the first 300 or more property owners in the southwest portion of SWAPO2 for actual lease signing and check distribution starting this Saturday, March 15, 2008 from 1:30-7:30 pm at the Park Springs Bible Church, 5515 Park Springs, Arlington, Texas. Those eligible for this first distribution will receive a letter explaining the process.

Please understand that this does not include all of the SWAPO2 area, and is based on geographical region (subdivision) and not the date you signed the intent letter at a previous meeting.

Because we wanted to make sure your full acreage and bonus was calculated properly, we took extra time at the Tarrant County Records get it right, and there were some delays caused by malfunctioning Tarrant County equipment. In order to have an orderly check distribution process, we are planning to hand out an average of 300 checks per day for over 2,000 residents who already signed a letter of intent, and another 1,000 or more who may still decide to join us. You will receive a letter from Carburante informing you that YOUR property is scheduled for check distribution. Please help us to control crowds and have an orderly and fair check distribution process for everyone.

If you live in the SWAPO2 defined area have never come to sign a letter of intent or never joined SWAPO2, you may still be eligible to receive a check, but this is probably going to take a little longer since we verified those with a letter of intent first. Eventually, everyone in our SWAPO2 map area who has not signed a lease and has mineral rights will receive a letter in the mail allowing you to declare intent and to sign a lease.

If you did not receive a letter declaring your property as eligible for this first meeting, there is no need to come this Saturday. We will be dedicating all our volunteers and resources toward getting people served who have a check available. If you receive a letter and cannot make the meeting, you will have other opportunities to be announced, so don't worry. There is no way to speed up the check distribution for anyone on an individual basis.

We are hoping to have a large group meeting for EVERYONE in the next few days to explain the lease signing and check distribution process. All who live in the SWAPO2 map area are welcome, even if they never signed a letter of intent or never heard of SWAPO2 before. But if you have already signed with Dale, Four Sevens, or another broker, you are not legally able to sign with SWAPO2—so don't sign another deal until you come to our large group meeting.
