Updated Signing Dates for Completed Leases and Letter of Intent

[posted April 11]

We have now settled into a regular pattern for signing dates for the Carburante/Carrizo lease endorsed by SWAPO2. This pattern will continue indefinitely, until everyone eligible in the SWAPO2 area has been given a fair chance to join.

If you have previously signed a letter of intent and been notified by mail that your title research is complete and your lease and check are ready, you can sign on:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 1:30-7:30pm. All signings will be at the Park Springs Bible Church, 5515 Park Springs Blvd., Arlington, Texas

Remember you need to bring ID for sure and your spouse if you have one to the lease signing.

If you live in the SWAPO2 area and have not signed with another drilling company, you may also attend these meetings to sign a letter of intent. You will then wait around 3-5 weeks for title research to be completed before being notified by mail regarding your completed lease and bonus check. If you have already signed a letter of intent but have yet to be informed about your lease completion, please be patient.

The following subdivisions were already announced in March and mostly signed, but if you missed these meetings you can still show up and sign your lease and get your check:

Bayberry Hills and Stagecoach Estates, Willow Bend, Hilldale, Belle Aceda, Overland and Thousand Oaks

There are other ready subdivisions not included in this list: check your mailbox to be informed of your property's signing dates.

If you have questions about signing meetings or questions about technical details about the Carubrante/Carrizo lease, email Ramon (ra...@carburante.com).

Stay tuned for more updates. Your volunteer staff has been busy earning a living and taking care of their families the past couple of weeks, and we're just now getting caught up on lots of news in our area!
