Carrizo Drilling Completion Site in SWAPO2 area

History:
SWAPO2 began in 2007 to organize a specific geographic region of
soutwest Arlington and parts of Kennedale. Our group helped to
negotiate a natural gas lease with Carburante and Carrizo drilling.
Many joined us to sign the lease in 2008 and at the time of signing it
was a near-record combination of bonus and royalties. After the fall
of 2008, all lease signings associated with SWAPO2 and the original
contract were closed. Except for monitoring environmental and safety
conditions, our role as an organizer of individual property owners was
completed.

Carrizo Gas Well Appears Completed in SWAPO2 Area:
Since the original lease extended for three years, and some of these
were signed as early as March 5, 2008, we verified this month (March
5, 2011) that Carrizo has been drilling on the southwest side of 287
along the frontage road between Little Road and Kennedale-Sublett road
(http://www.swapo2.com/carizzo-google-composite-map). This location is
slightly northwest of the older Chesapeake site that was not
affiliated with our area.

As of March 5, Carrizo indicated via a map on their own website that
their drill site was in a state of "completion" before the end of the
earliest leases, and therefore appear to have kept their commitment to
drill within the three-year lease period. The main drill tower has
been disassembled. Therefore, it appears likely that production
operations and potential royalties may accrue. Since these are under
the purview of Carrizo, please visit their website (http://

request information about a potential royalty check in the future (see
links and phone numbers below).

We have no inside information in this regard that is not available to
you, the individual property owner. The more individual requests for
information they receive from you, the owner, the better chance we
