If you have issues with your 1099, such as incorrect amounts, questions about classification as rental income, etc., you need to contact Carubrante.com directly at:

Fort Worth Office:
Home of Carburante Land Management's Tarrant County Leasing Operations.
Address: 8205 Camp Bowie West, Suite 104, Fort Worth, Texas 76116
Phone: 817-560-4177
Fax: 817-560-0757
Email: Tarrant...@Carburante.com

We at SWAPO2.com have no control over how they classify your income on the Carburante 1099 form. Many are reporting getting the 1099 and that it is correct. Some have more questions, which you need to ask their legal and/or accounting staff. If you have legal problem with your 1099 or its classification,  you can request a change or pay your taxes in the way that YOU believe the income should be legally allocated. Check with http://IRS.gove for more information on the classification of miscellaneous income.
