Phone calls to bonus check recipients

Due to problems with timely mail delivery, we are calling about 300 homeowners today who are scheduled to receive checks tomorrow at the Saturday signing. We are using the phone number they listed on the intent letter filed at a previous personal sigining.

 

Sorry if you missed the notification letter, but listen for the phone or check your voicemail this afternoon or evening. Don't worry if you miss tomorrow's lease execution and signing. There will be many more opportunities to sign, and a longer notice beforehand.

 

In our haste to get out the first round of checks quickly, we were short on time to notify the first phase of recipients.

 

Those of you with mineral rights in other areas will start getting notifications next week and thereafter.
