We want to thank all of you who have filed the memorandum of intent. We used these hundreds of documents you sent us to secure a winning bid from Corrizo/Carburante for our SWAPO2 area. Now that we've moved to the signing phase, you need to visit one of our signing meetings and give essentially the same information directly to their representatives at the meeting. Even if you never emailed a Memorandum of Intent, you can still attend a signing meeting as long as you live in our area (see http://www.swapo2.com/swapo2map). You could say the Memorandum of Intent has served its purpose, and now we need to move toward a more formal, signed document.

Bring your photo ID to the meeting, along with your spouse if applicable, and you will sign a Master Letter of Intent stating you want to receive your $17,000/acre signing bonus and sign a check after title search, and you will receive that check when you actually sign your researched lease contract. Even though you sent us the Memorandum of Intent via email or US Mail, you still must come to the signing meeting and identify yourself and sign in person.

Although we have signing meetings running through February 29, the faster you sign the Master Letter of Intent, the quicker the title verification will be completed and the faster you will get your bonus check. We will have SWAPO2 members there to help explain while our lease contract With Corrizo/Carburante is superior to any other offer in our area. The lease contracts will be completed and the bonus checks issued in the order of when you signed the Master Letter of Intent at our currently scheduled signing meetings.

All signings are at the Park Springs Bible Church, 5515 Park Springs, Arlington, TX from 1:30-7:30 pm on these dates: February 19, 23, 25, 26, and 29th. We had almost 400 people sign on February 18, our first day with little publicity. Please don't wait to sign. Come to the facility and ask us all the questions you want, or go on the internet to http://swapo2.com and find out for yourself. We think once you consider all your options, you'll understand why this is the best deal, both before and AFTER the signing, to make sure you get paid and your interests are protected by your fellow neighbors.
