It comes to federal bank monthly by ECS, pl check in federal bank kathrikadavu branch
2)
MR vinay maira will pay,already informed him and i had sent email regarding this earlier
3)
I dont agree to this and not willing to pay. Tomorrow  will say pay RS5000
and dont agree. paying maintenace charge without default,more than enough.

dear saoa office bearars

I have not recd how the expenditure being done from maintenance amount.
I have another flat in vytilla, they live within the maintenace amount,they never ask
for additional amount. If they can maintain,then others can also do.
saoa office bearers i do not know how they are managing,why they are exceeding the
amount recd has maintenance. You have to answer how the amount is spent.
I have not recd balance sheet so far.
i repeat i dont agree for additional RS 2000/- nonrefundable.  I repeat i am paying maintenance charge
additional charge for water and diesel will be paid by tenant,he has agreed.

We only endeavour to execute AGM/EGM decision/s,which we have to under the mandate received. Dues against your flat only requires to be paid irrespective of the owner or tenant owning the responsibility.
