Sub : Painting

This is to bring to your attention, that the garden in the encroached area of 1B wets/soils the area while watering and it is not taken care of till date, even after repeated complaints for the last two years.

I am ready to pay the amount by cheque, but request you to settle the issue, before en-cashing the same, otherwise it will be continued even after the painting is completed, and it would not look good or give the desired effect after the painting.

With respect to Mr.Santhosh Sankar's email we would like draw everyone's attention to the inefficiency of SAOA for taking legal action against the illegal construction of Flat 1B !!

Besides,the Management Committee is closing eyes on flat 1B's misuse of common water, for watering his encroached garden area for about an hour every morning.

Hope the President & Secretary along with other members of the Management Committee will take better steps with the help of a reputed Law firm in Cochin, to solve this shameless act of flat 1B.

If necessary,we will introduce the Owners Association to a well reputed Lawyers Firm in Cochin.

Why you are taking a VERY SOFT STAND IN THIS LONG PENDING ISSUE???

WHAT IS THE REASON???? ALSO YOU ARE NOT COMMUNICATING THE STATUS OF THE CASE FILED AGAINST THE BUILDER IN THE CONSUMER COURT. WE ARE EAGER TO KNOW THE STATUS.
