regarding painting

if painting is given to asian painting company or berger,they will charger more.
It is my experience need to give good painters,who will use asian paints and do the
painting. chargers will be less. Total cost will reduce. Asian paints or jotun or Berger
paint company charges more----- same job will be done by good painters group
at reduce cost. Asian paints or jotun or berger charges are very high. We can use paints
of asian paint company.

Are they going to use spray painting machine or use rollers for painting.

Recently i got my independent house painted, i took quotation fron ASIAN paints
and then i asked the painter. Found painter to cost less.
Nowadays each worker for aday is RS 550, (08hrs work)
coat quoted by painter is much less, which includes labor cost,paint cost, brush cost
waste for cleaning.
My suggestion to work out cost and have it rduced.
In general asian or jotun or any other paint company,if they do the job,it will be
expensive. They also employ the painter on contrct basis.
Obtain warranty for painting done by any painting company.

Another suggestion,get main building Of 16 floors done by any painting company
and the other backside building by painter,where using secong grade paint.

We have to reduce the budjet.
