Dear saoa officer bearers


a)
For painting it was not sealed tenders from paint company, if it was sealed
tender,then it should have been opened in presence of owners and minutes should have been recorded.
This was not done and there itself indicates shoddy deals and manupilating by vested person.
b)
During the agm on 10feb2013,when the concerned person was talking abt different painting
company and total cost for exterior painting, owners pointed for further negotiation, it was agreed to
negotiate,but after a gap, secretary wakes up and reports,this is the final deal amount. Suprising
concerned gentleman was not aware of the final deal, something unusal and not correct
This is the reason why all negotiation to be drafted and sent to all owners, final deal amount
to be sent to all owners. Wait and get response from all owners. Many things can happen in this
world and that to in india. Year of the scam.
Saoa may not like it,but it has to be done. Money invested and must know how it is spent. It is not
black money or ancestor money,it is the hard earned money,by sacrificing many things.
c)
Being the son of army intelligence and brother of CBI, have cultivated the habit of investigation
and analysing things between lines when people talk and from report.
d)
Do not agree for nonrefundable RS 2000/-, have to live within the budjet

pl note i have so far not recd the audited copy of the accounts

there is another flat in vytilla,where they do ask additional amount
they spend within the maintenance amount they receive for the month.
They also have security men, electrician cum plumber.
you people asked for RS 2000/- nonrefundable,that spoilt my mood.
other apartments are managing with monthly maintenance amount.
THEY send audited statement home every year,not recd so far from
swapnil apartment. This also irked me and doubt arose.
Natural to compare at two places,improvement can be done.

Rules and regulation are made by you and me,can be ammended,modified,
added, so that things move smoothly and conducive atmos created.
