Dear Swapnilites

In a few days, we will be having our SAOA Annual General Body meeting on 9th July 2023. About 45 owners are staying here and a few more living in close vicinity. May I request all of them in addition to any outstation member on visit, to attend the meeting. Members unable to attend kindly appoint Proxies to represent you. If this is also not possible kindly attend online for which we will forward the link.

Present Managing Committee (MC),will be completing its tenure of 2 years and election is due. May I urge more members to volunteer to join the MC. Our Bye-law C17.a. Stipulates 5 office bearers and not more than 6 committee members for the MC. For the Committee members to be more effective it is proposed to elect them for the following specific duties.

1. Maintenance member

2. Property member

3. Security member

4. Garden Member

5. Member Housekeeping

6. Activity member

I also propose that 1 or 2 tenants who will be useful to the association be elected/nominated without voting rights as defined in the Bye-laws.
