I heard today that Wayne Stockbridge is on the streets today, having been released from his second incarceration for porch thefts. Please be sure to have packages delivered when you are home. Or make arrangements with a neighbor to pick up your packages.
Another tip: Strofoam may be taken to ProFish just off New York Ave on Frneick St for recycling. They convert the white Styrofoam into boxes they can use to deliver fish. DC cannot recycle Styrofoam.
Also please flatten your boxes out for recycling pick up. A neater neighbor might attract fewer rats. More on that another time.
