It is great news that an exterminator put out bait stations and that the lot is enrolled in a quarterly pest management control program.
Concerning the construction materials/debris –
--Note the multiple rat burrows in this multilayered mess (see pictures below). This is likely a job for the extermination firm you’ve engaged.
--Perhaps your team could focus first on removing the loose pallets, pipe lengths and concrete debris, which are presumably easier to remove than the six larger white bags of construction materials.
Rats are an awful problem in the District! Appreciate your cooperation in fighting this scourge.
