Dear Neighbors – We wanted to give you a little advanced warning before the “for sale” sign goes up: after more than ten great years on Swann Street, we are putting our house up for sale and moving to a condominium on Connecticut Ave NW. We are sorry to leave the street, but we want to be a little closer to our granddaughter (and her moms), and take advantage of a lock-and-go arrangement when out-of-town, as we expect to be traveling more than we’ve been.
The “for sale” sign will appear in the next few days and, depending on when the house sells, we’re anticipating moving in late October or early November (coming back for Halloween, of course!). We’ll definitely miss living here, and have appreciated all of you as wonderful neighbors. We look forward to staying in touch! All the best. Ed and Erin
