race reimbursement

Racers,

The first reimbursement period of the year is now.  If you have met the program qualifications (10 race days, volunteer activity, etc) please submit the attached reimbursement request form to me by COB this Fri May 4th.  If you have questions about the program please refer to the attached program outline.

Please note that although we do not reimburse for SD Velodrome TNR entry we are now counting each TNR as 1/2 race day toward the 10 race day requirement.

We are extending the deadline for race reimbursement requests to Monday so those of you who need a couple more race days to qualify can get them this weekend at Barrio Logan and DPGP.

If you have met the program qualifications (10 race days, volunteer activity, etc) please submit the attached reimbursement request form to me by COB Monday May 7th.  If you have questions about the program please refer to the attached program outline.

The next reimbursement will be at the end of July.
