GDEF Road Race Oct. 3 to Fund School Grants

On Sunday, October 3rd GDEF launches a new event for the whole family,
the Octoberfest 5K - Road Race, Walk and Kids Run, at Larter Memorial
Field, Groton Street, Dunstable. The 5K road race and walk will take
place on a certified course (formerly the Firecracker 5K) and the Kids
Run features races for Grades K-6 on the Larter track. The walk
begins at 8:30 a.m., followed by the 5K Run at 9 a.m. and kids races
beginning at 10:30 a.m. Food, music, prizes and raffles will be
featured. Register before Sept. 12th to receive an event T-shirt and
