Client Codegen. How to use same api_client with different configurations

I am running the same script in python in order to request the same PATH but different different HOST. (INT and PROD)

How can I run different configurations in the same project?

Changing just configuration.host is not enough.

I would like to see 2 different connections and I am just getting one.
 urllib3.connectionpool - DEBUG: Starting new HTTPS connection

Is it possible?
