swagger UI 2 can't read the apidocs (500 error)

I am using the Swagger- Ui 2.1.3 to load my api-docs file.

it always show 500 :http://localhost:8080/..../api-docs

Below is the result that I am using curl to get

curl -I http://localhost:8080/Certificate/V1/sw/api-docs

HTTP/1.1 200 OK

Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1

Access-Control-Allow-Origin: *

Access-Control-Allow-Methods: GET, POST, DELETE, PUT

Access-Control-Allow-Headers: Content-Type, api_key, Authorization

Date: Sun, 27 Sep 2015 19:57:18 GMT

Content-Type: application/json

Content-Length: 350

Really don't know why swagger-ui can't load this api-docs. Please help. It took me three days already.
