We are giving away some items that we haven't used much:

1. Eureka Forbes vacuum cleaner,
2. Asus small laptop battery packs, two in number, both unused,
3. Narrow, vertical cassette cum CD racks (2)
4. TCL TV, of the old type, much used by a friend,
5. Chapati-maker, sparingly used, as it didn't seem to work too well (or we were too impatient to figure it out).

Please let me know if you would be interested in one or more of these items.
Thanks and regards,
Gayathri

I am happy that most of the items we wanted to give away have been taken now. We still have the vertical cassette / CD racks, which could also serve as speaker stands. With a little invention, perhaps the cassette section of the racks could be used to store CDs too. The racks are passably good to look at and occupy very little space, as they are narrow and vertical. They seem to me too good and useful to be dumped. Perhaps a family with a growing CD collection but cramped for space might appreciate them.

To complete the free-'cycle', we were looking for
1) a low stool, wide and stable enough for my five-year-old to raise herself to a comfortable height at the washbasin, and
2) a large (at least 3' x 4') floor mat of the old "paaya" variety and tightly-woven.

We would prefer that both items were not in plastic, though that's not very important. Please do let me know if you have such items to give away, and if you happen to know a family who could use the CD racks.
Best regards,
Gayathri
