Looking for kefir grains

I have recently been motivated to try to procure kefir grains for probiotics and to cure inflammation. It is possible to buy them online, but thought that it might be more reliable to source them from a living culture. I wondered whether anyone in our community is using any kefir, and especially milk kefir. If you have kefir grains to spare, please do let me know at 04422576065 or 8220221367.
