Dear Fr.

There is report that the Govt.of Maharastra has given only ` ASHWASHAN `about the exclusion of 35 villeges in VidhanSabha.But the final NOTIFICATION has not been yet issued.We welcome this annoucment & waiting for final NOTIFICATION

But one of our priest announced on the Mass that 35 viileges has been excluded .when the final decision has not yet declared how can he do so? why church is giving wrong information? Has he have authority to do so?
