Greetings,
Under the assumption (still not an if, but when) our insurance policy
can be completed, we've arranged to have an instance of Tool Librarian
(tool inventory) set up to populate with known contributed tools.
We can cover the process to add inventory in this meeting and any other
prep work while waiting for the policy completion.
