SWPTL container hosting offer from St. Andrews church

We've had a tentative offer to host a container for the SW Portland
Tool Library from St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (Sunset/Dosch).
It has been a day, and so far they have not rescinded the offer, but
I'll be meeting with them Saturday at 9am (they have a cleanup event)
to further discuss.
That will start the clock ticking on other Org. needs, as placing
a container in their parking lot is contingent on insurance coverage,
which will need to be bound to a non-profit.
