All:  The DC State Fair will be in Southwest this year, on Sunday, September 24^th at the open lots in front of Safeway and Station 4 on M Street.  They will have a pet parade starting at 11:00 and then dog contests.  I reached out to the board of director and organizers and they are happy to have walk-up entries for the dog contests.
