Proposed Development below Ruby Terrace

I received some alarming news via a very reliable source in Collins View about a proposed development in the southern/eastern portion of our neighborhood. It is a proposal for 47 lots plus an additional 11 lots, some as small as 2000 square feet for housing. It is adjacent to Taylor's Ferry Road and the impact is significant. The pre-app hearing is fast approaching on November 7th at 8:30 AM 1900 Building at 4th Ave on the 4th Floor.

I am scrambling to find out more. The conference notification # is EA13-215938 and one contact could be Doug Hardy, Sr. Planner at the City, 503-823-7816. If you have information on this proposal of if you can attend the hearing let's conference through this site and then on the phone, thank you.

 

I have posted this on NextDoor.com as well for our residents (over 400) who communicate there on a regular basis.
