For those of us new to the neighborhood, does anyone have a copy of the current CC&Rs for the neighborhood they can post or email us? It's save us the effort of sourcing it through a title company or the records office.

I'm Suzanne. I can't see what your name is, so sorry I'm not addressing you.
Regardless, welcome new neighbor!

Soooo, I'm a real estate broker and the last set of CC&Rs that I've seen
were from the late 40's or early 50's. Not kidding. I can easily get a
copy of a set from a title company and forward it on. I might even have a
copy in my files. Where do you live? I'm not sure if Ruby Terrace has a
different set than So. Burlingame does up the hill, even though all is
technically South Burlingame.

The south end of Ruby Terrace is in the Carson Heights
Subdivision and I do not believe that there are CC&R's
for this sub.
