p.c form and the letterto controller of xamination

hai guys,
sorry for the minor mistakes in the forms sent by me nd ravi
previously. now im sending u a new one. and also the letters to be
written. edit them and fill with ur details. and get printouts. no
need of writing again.
procedure :
1.get ur no dues form with all the signatures and stamps.
2.get challan for p.c from main andhra bank in our college and pay rs.
455 (rs20 xtra).
3.get all ur original marks list and ID card ( take xeroxes of all the
marks lists and get them attested by any teacher for future purposes)
4.get the printouts of the letters and p.c form wich i mailed u with
necessary signatures(no need of principal's signature in pc form)
5.submit all the above in our office to get ur pc
