WiFi Down after Storm

I lost WiFi Internet connection after the Storm on Tuesday 11/19/13.   I can sign in at 172.18.128.1 website.  But it won't route out 172.18 network.  Can't ping 8.8.8.8.  Can't connect Internet.   Anyone else has similar issue?

yes me too, since Wednesday. Today it's Sat. and it's still not working.
A few days ago I sent email to sup...@svunwired.org and no reply so far.
It looks like I'm connected to the WiFi, but nothing goes out to the internet.

Went to City Hall today and called IT Support today.  We probably need more people to call to get their attention.  After all, Milpitas paid infrastructure upgrade last year.  That's our Tax Dollar paid network.  Milpitas IT Dept phone # is 408-586-2700, where you can talk to a real person.  In contrast, SVUnwired phone # is 408-365-4801 where you can only leave a voice mail.  Left one voicemail every day since the outage.  There is no response, no update on their web site, absolutely silence.

I also called this morning and the gentleman on other side stated the guy that works on it is on Vacation! He then transferred me to someone that supposedly knows whats going on.Nope straight to answering machine! I guess if you dont know what to do thats a good script to use! Hard to believe only one person in IT Dept knows whats going on and is on vacation!
