It seems the internet connectivity has been restored on or about 14 Jan; just a few days short of a two month outage. I am now having an interference problem with the local network which I thought had been corrected. Of the ten transceivers within range of my antenna, 7 of the top 8 signal strength units were all operating on frequency band 11. This means they're interfering which each other and the QOS goes down the toilet. Aren't these transceivers supposed to have software to monitor this and automatically switch to less congested bands so the whole network balances itself out? Does anyone know?

I've been using it since Friday after reading your email, thanks for posting it.
It seems about the same for me, faster at times. It was using Ch5, and
then later
it switched to Ch1 and I believe that causes my connection to hang.
When I opened
another browser tab window and tried to connect to any website url,
that's when the splash screen to accept SVU policy appears. That's
when I know something changed/reset.
Last night Saturday it was using Ch1, no major problems, just minor
hesitations, the best strongest signal ever. Earlier Sunday morning
the rate was at 11 Mbps, now 5.5

I still can't connect to the Internet using Silicon Valley Unwired.

Feels like a total waste of resources that all these routers running and no one is actually using them because it's unusable.
Milpitas city is spending money on this.  Is there any dashboard/monitoring/report on how many people are actually using the service and performance of the service?
