No internet connection even signal is GOOD

I am near the Calaveras Blvd and Park Victoria intersection, I am
using the AP at or near the "Calaveras Hills High School". It was
working fine but starting 3 weeks ago the connection keeps dropping or
"No Internet Access"

Can you provide some help/suggestions?
Or
Can you check to see if this AP at the area above has any problem?

SVU's wifi infrasrtucture has problems with their access to the Internet.  Have tried 2 or 3 times over the last two months from a business near South Park Victoria and Clear Lake.  Signal strength is good to excellent.  Connection to their AP works well.  However access to the Internet is extremely, extremely sluggish -- sometimes takes 3 or 4  minutes to display a Web page, tried a few different Web sites, with same results.

 

In contrast, Wifi access to my home Wifi network (via DSL gateway) with the same laptop is excellent.

IMHO this network is not useful.

(NOTE:  have worked in a wifi engineering department since 2002)
