Is it the fault of  Google or SVUnreliable? Or is it a localized problem? Anyone else notice no internet access for the last two weeks?

If you mean internet access that's,
1. clogged during peak hours making it unusable (weekday evenings bad,
on weekends early morning is good)
2. access that stops and you don't know why until you open another tab
in your browser
and enter a URL like Google or Craigslist. Then instead of seeing
Google or Craigslist website
you get the SVU agree log-in screen.
3. The number 2 problem, but happens frequently over and over within minutes.
This has happened tonight and within the past week, more so than
previous months.
I wonder, is this done to shake off abusers who view video and
listen to audio ?
4. The WiFi channel number changes during occurences of number 2 and 3.
5. When the weather is windy it seems to hurt connectivity.

One might think when city wide WiFi in Mountain was terminated in March/April
it would help us.

Briefly, that's my experience, perhaps you have similar problems.
