Volunteer for next 2 days

Hi,

 

According to our sign-up sheet, here is where we have (see below). We are covered for Friday, but we need atleast one more volunteer for camcorder recording for the 11-2PM slot for Saturday. We will also need some backup folks on Saturday and Sunday.

We have moved almost all the equipment except the Server and the USB HDD from the temple. I will be at the temple on Sunday evening from 4:00 PM till 8:00 PM. I would request everyone who has not already copied their pictures from their cameras to come in and copy it to the HDD on that day. I will then consolidate and make an identical copy and hand it over to Venu for post processing. Also I request that whoever has signed up for Saturday and Sunday pictures to copy them to the HDD on Sunday evening.

I am sitting at the temple now and trying to upload the pictures for the 27th and 28th.
I dont see any photographs here for these two days.
Can the volunteers please come by and drop their pictures in here?
If you are unable to do so, plesae give me a DVD of the pictures ASAP.

I need to send the pictures to the temple folks ASAP.

My photos should be there - because I copied them before I left on both days. Should be on the 1tb onetouch drive under the SVT-Pictures directory
