Dear Residents - Request all to clear your outstanding at the earliest. As you all are aware there are initiatives undertaken in the upliftment of the society & these funds are required to manage operational expenditure - INR 1,65,594 (current total outstanding) is a substantial amount & will be of great help.

We urge all residents to clear your dues ASAP.  Kindly feel free to discuss any issues w.r.t maintenance charges. Thank You!
