Visitor Management Services (VMS) From NobrokerHood!!!

Dear Florians,

 

Further to our communication & information shared earlier this week w.r.t launching/implementing Visitor Management Services by Nobrokerhood (details, brochures, PDF shared on Residents WhatsApp group), we are pleased to inform you that we’ve now onboarded the aforesaid Visitor Management Services for lifetime free of cost for our society to make your society's life safer, easier, and more convenient. We will ensure that the interface is simple and user-friendly for everyone’s comfort. 

 

Pls find the details in terms of next steps & support required from your end:

 

• Mobile Deployment, Guard Training and Admin Training will be done once the dashboard is created. Nobrokerhood will deploy the device and provide an asset handover form (document of deployment) which will serve as document for future reference..

 

• The Nobrokerhood team will visit the society along to assist residents in downloading the application. They will be visiting the flats door to door this weekend i.e. Dec 17^th & 18^th, 2022 to educate and guide to download the application. Kindly extend your cooperation. This will ensure we are well aware of the app usage & eases the onboarding process for the entire society.

 

• The Nobrokerhood team will educate the security guards to start making entries only on mobile after deployment of the device.

 

• After a week we need to move towards a stage where entries will be mandatory and visitors will be allowed only after approvals. Residents will need to be communicated on this mandate entry part once the guard starts making entry. This will help in adoption of services and society will start getting the benefits of digitizing the entries.

 

• There will be devices installed at the ground floor walking track/drive area with GEOcoding to keep a check on night patrolling by Guards. (frequency can be set-up as per our requirement).

 

We now LIVE with one of the most trusted society management solutions. Let us make the most of these features for a safer & seamless stay in society.

Note:

 

1. There are many services mentioned in the shared brochures, kindly do not get confused – we’ve only onboarded Visitor Management Services (VMS) ONLY.
2. We did approach ApnaComplex who is our current ERP vendor however they never came for discussion post multiple follow-ups.
3. Pls refer to the attached resident application manual.
