Dear Fellow Residents – Greetings on Independence day.

 

Trust this email finds you & your loved ones in best of health and cheers!!!

 

As you know the new committee has recently taken over & intends to maintain the status quo & focus on safety & security aspects in the vicinity. Considering the same below will be the priority/focus items that we’ll be working on & shall keep you all posted with the progress.

 

Focus Areas:

 

  1. Fix lights in common areas such as play area, main gate, corridors etc.
  2. Fibre sheets –
    1. Wherever it is broken in the terrace to avoid rain water spillage.
    2. Garbage area.
  3. Pigeon nets in common duct/shaft areas to avoid dirt & damage to the cars in the basement.
  4. Lift service maintenance/replacement –
    1. Quotes received from the current vendor. Exploring other vendors as well
    2. For now we have asked the current vendor to fix lift glass panes, fans, mesh, floor number panels etc.
    3. Install Auto Rescue Device (ARD) for lifts to avoid any accident by bringing the lift to the nearest floor with alarm & lights in place during power failures & emergencies.
    4. Lift controller replacement.
  5. Electric preventive maintenance for the entire building/society (not individual flats).
  6. DG set maintenance & initiated discussion with vendors for auto failover (reduced or zero manual intervention).
  7. Swimming pool fencing.
  8. Compound wall fencing (wherever broken/damaged).
  9. Placement of fire extinguishers & sand buckets at appropriate areas.
  10. No Parking board near the main gate at the visitor parking area.
  11. Accounts takeover is in progress. Will start publishing monthly statements post reconciliation.
  12. Follow-up with BWSSB for sewage connection/refund.

 

Note: Prior notification will be communicated via Abdul for any activity with minimal disruption.

 

Abdul will reach out to all residents to validate the current resident details (phone numbers, email addresses etc.) for effective communication. Kindly co-operate.

 

Request to All:

 

  1. Please use the resident WhatsApp group for general discussion and information exchange.
  2. Kindly meet association members on weekends or an amicable time to address any complaint/grievance.
    1. Please contact SVR.Ass...@gmail.com for all issues, suggestions etc. We’ll try our best to respond at the earliest or in the subsequent weekend.
    2. Abdul will update in the resident WhatsApp group for anything related to general maintenance or any communication in the best interest & information for residents.
    3. Kindly contact Abdul to check availability of Association members & also share your convenient time for F2F meetings.
    4. Association members will be unable to address anything in the Resident WhatsApp group.

We would like to thank the outgoing committee for their extended support esp. Aaderniye Shri Vishal Agarwal Ji & Aaderniye Shri Satish Chaudhary Ji.

 

Request for your continued support & will be happy to give a walk through to any resident if interested. Happy to have more people in the committee in case any one is willing to join.

 

We are also planning to have a cultural & sports committee – Kindly watch out for separate communication in this regard.
