Total 14 residents joined the GBM.

MOM:
1. Provided update on current situation of STP and different threads related to it. A sub committee has been created to discuss this and take it forward.
2. Discussed need to revive effort for UGD connection for the apartment.
3. Discussed formation of new committee and various options available. It is decided that we will take a rotational approach of committee formation. Every apartment will be part of the committee every 5 years. This gives us a pool of 16 flat owners and tenants to manage our apartment every year and they can decide among themselves.
First batch to take ownership from Jan 01.

Rotational list of Committee members is attached. For 1 Jan 2021, below flat owners/tenants are part of the Committee.
