Gentle Reminder of monthly maintenance payment

Dear Residents,

This email is being written to inform you that last date for maintenance payment is 15^th Day of month. So we request you that please make your maintenance payment on or before the 15th day of the month to avoid any penalty.

Important Points:

·         Each month’s maintenance charge will have to be paid within the 15th of the next month. Example: Oct 2017 month’s maintenance has to be paid on or before 15th Nov 2017.

·         If the maintenance amount is paid after the 15th of the month, penalty charges as per existing norms shall be levied (INR 300 every month).

·         We request you that please pay maintenance through online/cheque.  For cash payment, Abdul will provide the bank deposit slip please fill the same and handover to Abdul along with cash amount.

 

Maintenance charges detail:

5	Additional car parking (if car parked inside the SVR boundary)	500

7	Late payment fee	300
Example: Flat area 1285 then the monthly charges will be 1900 + 1799 + 800 = 4499
