svnX 2.0 fails to open a repository that I could open with svnX 1.3.4

This continues to be a problem, which was initially reported in the fall of 2015.   To reiterate,
in two of the three svn repositories that I connect to, the root URL and the URL are different.  I have
permission to access the URL but I DO NOT have permission to access the root URL.  Despite the fact
that I put in the full URL in the repository settings, svn 2.0 seems to be trying to contact the root URL,
and an error message appears (reflecting the fact that I do not have permission to connect with the root URL).

I hope this issue can be resolved.  As previously noticed, this is not an issue for version 1.3.4.
