GiantsLogik , is a startup providing scalable software systems
development services and creating innovative products. The company is
Bangalore based, and is ramping up its technology team at a fast pace.
We are looking for individuals, with a sound understanding of
technology and high levels of commitment to join the startup. As the
startup is in an early stage we are offering very attractive ESOPS.

Candidates who can join at earliest will be preferred.

Role:
 * Software development with a focus on end to end delivery.
 * Test Case development and ensuring delivery of bug free modules.
 * Expected to write well documented code and contribute to developing
operational/architectural documentation.
 * Role is of an individual contributor.
 * Candidate will be expected to take on an additional team lead /
mentoring role within a years time.
* Candidate will be expected to Multi-Task and manage his time across
multiple longer and shorter term deliverables.


Experience:
 * 3-5 years of software development experience, preferably on
building products.
 * A Broad understanding of telecom, internet , MVC , Client/Server
technologies is preferred.
 * Experience of building high performance scalable systems is preferred.
 * Experience on the complete SDLC.  (Software Development Life Cycle)

Skillset:
 * Core Java, jsp, SQL
* Working Knowledge of Threads and asynchronous programming, Database
interaction , Debugging root cause of issues.
 * Familiarity with opensource technologies - linux, mysql
 * Knowledge of other languages (C++ , php ,perl) is a plus point.
 * Knowledge of following is desirable: apache tomcat, jboss , apache
webserver, hibernate, shell scripting, junit, SCM (cvs or others) and
automated testing frameworks.

 * Logical & Analytical
 * Initiative taking
 * Focus on timely delivery.

 Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance Bonus + fixed ESOPS +
Performance based ESOPS.
