testing Siri

Here is a summary of my recent testing with Siri:

1. Cross-Orchestration and Personal Context

When asked to search archived emails for receipts since last December, Siri quickly displayed the relevant emails and provided a summarized list with dates, senders, and subjects.

2. On-Screen Awareness

Siri struggled to summarize a long document open in Pages, only analyzing the first few lines or pages. However, it successfully identified the current open tab in Safari and listed the two most recently closed tabs.

3. Creative Media Pipeline

Siri quickly generated a retro-futuristic image of the Golden Gate Bridge in Image Playground but was unable to export it directly to Final Cut Pro.

4. Continuity and Device Hand-off

It took about 30 seconds to display a photo requested from an iPhone.

5. Writing Tools and Tone Adaptation

Siri quickly rewrote a block of text in Pages to sound more professional.
