The Silicon Valley Macintosh User Group (svmug) upcoming meeting is Monday, August 21, 2023 at 7:00 PM Pacific Time. We will be meeting via Zoom. As always, our meetings are open to the public and free to attend. Tell a friend!

MEETING TOPIC & DESCRIPTION:  Using AI technologies to generate images
Join us for an exciting continuation of our AI exploration. For this month’s meeting, svmug’s Robert Brown will delve into the capabilities of artificial intelligence in the realm of image creation.

This session will explore how cutting-edge technologies like DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and Firefly are transforming text descriptions into vibrant visual representations. Yes, you can create images from mere words! 

Video and audio generation is also advancing rapidly. We will cover those in a future presentation so please stay tuned.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:   Robert Brown
Robert L. Brown, Ph.D. is a member of the SVMUG organizing committee. He is recently retired from 47 years in the silicon chip business. He has been programming computers since 1969 and has used Apple products from the Apple II to the present-day Mac Studio.
