Issues with Chrome

I use Chrome on my Mac Studio, MacBook Pro, an iPhone for my Gmail and Yahoo mail as well as searching the web.  Until Today (Sunday) I had no problems.

Today, Chrome does not work on my Mac Studio.  My MacBook Pro has no problems.  When I access my Gmail and Yahoo mail on the Mac Studio, the windows break up intermittently.  Similarly, when I search, I get breaking up of the windows

I deleted the Chrome app and downloaded and installed a new app.  Same results.  

I tried using Chrome Help but I cant access some of the troubleshooting  links because of the Chrome issues.

Any suggestions?

I've had trouble with macOS running out of resources that affect the displays, (and also mounting and unmounting drives.) A full power down, waiting a minute, and restarting, has always fixed things for me.

Did you also remove
~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome.
Click Go.
Select all the folders, and drag them to the Trash?

Jose/David,

Thanks for your recommendations for dealing with my issues with Chrome.

I deleted the Chrome folders and also the full full power down.  Chrome has been working for several days now with no issues.
