ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:Β  Chuck Joiner and Norbert Frassa

Norbert Frassa Bio:
My relationship with technology began in an elementary school classroom, programming BASIC on an Apple IIe. At home, a Commodore 64 taught me patience and curiosity, even if loading a program felt like a test of endurance. After what I think of as my β€œlost years” in the Windows world, technology was useful but rarely inspiring.
Everything shifted with the arrival of the iPod. I joined the Apple world with the iPod Video in 2005, and soon our home filled with Apple devices that made technology feel intuitive and enjoyable again. More meaningful than the products themselves have been the connections formed through user groups and events. Those shared experiences have led to friendships I truly value.

Chuck Joiner Bio:

Chuck Joiner has been creating original Apple, Macintosh and tech-oriented audio and video content since 2000. MacVoices, delivered in both audio and video versions, includes one-on-one discussions with authors, developers, pundits, panel conversations on current trends in tech, and real-world hardware and software reviews. With interviewing skills honed by a career in insurance investigation, negotiation and litigation management, and a passion for technology, Chuck delivers content that is curiosity-driven and designed to both inform and entertain.

β€’ Professionally, he serves as Vice President of Claims & Operations for The Insurance Alliance Network.

β€’ Chuck’s credentials include over four years as Chairman of the Apple User Group Advisory Board, speaking appearances at Macworld Expo, User Group University, Macstock Conference and Expo, and The National Association of Broadcasters Show.

β€’ He is also Editor-in-Chief of The MUG Center, one of the longest-running Apple User Group resources sites on the web.
