Robert,
When I go to svmug.org I can not connect via Chrome or Firefox.
I can connect to Charles' presentation via the link below.
I can not connect to the pdf version via the link below.
I can connect to the presentation if I go to YouTube and search for SVMUG.

The SVMUG web host (via Google) crashed for unknown reasons. Service has now been restored.
