Would appreciate help with changing password on my email account (me.com).
I cannot find any link to do that. I have iPhone 12 running ios 18.3.1
Thank you very much!

My guess is that you now have to login to iCloud.com and change your password.

My mistake, try this:
"If you have an @me.com address then you have an iCloud account for
which the sign-in is an Apple ID which is the me.com address. Got to
http://appleid.apple.com and sign in with the @me.com address and
appropriate password and you will be able to change the password."

Thanks Jose. I changed my Apple ID password already. Is that the same as changing my mail password? The link you sent seems to change the Apple ID (now called Apple account) password.
It’s still confusing to me. Would appreciate someone confirming that the password for Mail is indeed the password for Apple ID (Apple account).
Thanks!

Thanks Jose, I guess Apple ID password is the Mail password.

Jose, the me.com address is my iCloud address . They are the same: my email and my Apple ID.
I have another email address that I use for purchases-subscriptions and such.

Yes, you should use the same password for your mail settings as your Apple Account.  In most cases iOS will automatically handle this if you adjust the Apple ID on your phone… but you may have to change it manually in Mail Settings if something glitches.

This will be the same password (and a one-stop change) for emails using:
Mac.com
iCloud.com

Thanks Charles.  I did change it for my Apple Account.  I didn’t see any password related settings in Mail. My mail is working so that’s good.
I was told by Venmo to change my mail password as well as the Venmo one after someone attempted a login to my Venmo account.
They told me that the fraudster had access to my mail or got hold of my mail password-I didn’t understand that part.

Thank you and be well
